In 1998, the first Conway Kids Triathlon was held at Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center with a modest number of boys and girls participating, ranging in ages from 7 yrs to 14 yrs. The event was moved to Hendrix College where it continued to grow in each of the next 8 years.  Due to construction of new facilities at Hendrix College, the event was permanently moved to the University of Central Arkansas in 2007.  The growth has continued every year.  This year we expect to reach our target maximum of 400 kids.

Your Sponsorship support for the First Security Conway Kids Triathlon, our 12th annual event, together with modest participation fees will make August 8th, 2009 a memorable day for 400 youngsters and 1500 siblings, parents, relatives and other spectators. The event is conducted by volunteers from the Conway Running Club and the community. All funds in excess of actual event expenses will be donated to our selected Charity, CASA(Court Appointed Special Advocates), http://www.casa20th.org/.
